Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the check-in process. Relax in our lounge or lobby and enjoy our complimentary refreshments while you complete your new client paperwork. No need to bring anything. We provide comfy robes and slippers for the spa as well as lockers. We will keep you discreetly covered during all spa services according to your comfort level.

Each professional at Spa Hollywood is a licensed professional and employed by us. They meet all stringent standards for education, experience and excellence.

Monday-Saturday. Please call us for our most current hours. We accept all major credit cards, checks with proper I.D., cash and Spa Hollywood gift cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuity cannot be added to your card.

They are wonderful gifts…and so convenient…even available for purchase on our website! We sell them in any dollar amount and they never expire. The card must be presented to be redeemed and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Cards are non-refundable.

Gratuities are always appreciated by our staff. Gratuity can only be in cash, it cannot be added to your card. For your convenience, we do have an ATM onsite.

Yes, please contact Guest Services to make special arrangements for your party. Because of the size of our spa, we are able to accommodate large parties.

Arriving late will limit the time of your service. Your treatment must end at its scheduled time so that we may accommodate the next scheduled guest. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment time, we ask for 24 hours notice to avoid penalty.
